While stopped in the parking lot of the Cracker Barrel Located at 3030 Perkins Road, Cpl. Lann Wolf who is currently assigned in the auto theft division, observed what appeared to be a "Hand To Hand" drug transaction. Cpl. Wolf identified the two subjects involved as Jon Mayeux (w/m 9-26-77) of 32450 Glenwood Dr. Denham Springs La. and William Gerald (w/m 5-10-82) of 2112 Ellisalde Dr. Baton Rouge La. Cpl. Wolf was able to locate and seize the Narcotics in question, approximately 15 Lortab #10. Mayeux was arrested and booked into jail for L.R.S. 40:967C Possession of Schedule II narcotics. Gerald was arrested and booked into jail for L.R.S. 40:967A P.W.I.T.D. Schedule II Narcotic as well as Distribution of Schedule II Narcotic. It should be noted that the prescription in Gerald's possession did not belong to him.

First Degree Robbery at 7445 Corporate Blvd. location of Curries. On 2-15-2007 at approximately 2:15pm, Deputies responded to the prior listed business in reference to a robbery. Witnesses advised Sgt. A Stevens that a B/M and B/F entered the store and began looking around. The B/F took a dress and placed the dress on the counter. The B/F turned and headed in the direction of the B/M who was in another part of the store. The B/M took approximately ten dresses from a clothes rack and began to exit the store with the B/F. The male subject turned as he was leaving the store advising the clerk not to follow them, "I have a gun". The subjects fled the store in a White Ford Ranger truck. No one was harmed during this incident. The clothing was valued at over $ 3,000.00 dollars. The B/M is described as 5'10" inches tall medium complexion wearing a black jacket blue jeans and a black du-rag covering on his head. The B/F was wearing a black shirt and jeans. Sgt. A. Stevens is investigating this incident under file # 07-09889. Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to contact the East Baton Rouge Sheriffs Office at 225-389-5000.

On Monday, 02-12-07 at approximately 1415 hours, an unknown subject entered the Credit Union Service Center located at 7018 Siegen Ln. While the subject was waiting in line, he placed his right hand into his pants pocket. Shortly after the subject placed his hand into his pocket, a gunshot was fired by him. The subject simply walked out of the business after the shot was fired and got into a waiting vehicle that was parked in front of the business. Through the course of the investigation, detectives identified the subject as Dexter Carroll (B/M, 06-15-88). Detectives were able to locate Carroll and booked him into the EBR Parish Prison on the charges of Illegal Use of a Weapon and Illegal Carrying of a Weapon along with a traffic related bench warrant. The gun fired by Carroll was also seized and placed into evidence.

On 2/9/2007 E.B.R. Sheriff's Office Armed Robbery & Burglary Detective Sgt. Landacre, Cpl. Michelli, Pitre, acting on information that E.B.R.S.O. Uniform Patrol Deputy Lt. Thomas provided, Detectives arrested David Blaine Guidry,white male, 4/18/1968 and Steven Sean Guidry, white male, dob: 12/26/1981 for multiple burglaries in the Tanglewood Subdivision, Centurion Subdivision, and Central area. The E.B.R.S.O. case files are as follows:

Detective Cpl. Michelli transported Steven Guidry to the aforementioned subdivision and locations in the Central LA area where he positively identified residences as a residence that he and David Guidry had burglarized.

David Guidry and Steven Guidry were booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison for multiple counts of Simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling and theft.
