On 10-26-2006 Dets Pitre and Strickland, both of the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriffs Office Armed Robbery and Burglary Division, began an investigation concerning a theft which occurred at a construction site located at 9868 Blackwater Rd. Through investigation Dets were able to arrest a one Darren Swarner, DOB: 02-15-1976, of 11222 Hooper Rd. for Theft. Swarner was booked into the Parish Prison.
