An armed robbery occurred at 11:23pm, in the 9900 block of Burbank Dr. The robbery occurred as the victim who is a resident of a nearby apartment complex was outside attempting to use his phone. The victim was approached by three B/M subjects, one of which was armed with a handgun. The suspects demanded that the victim give them his personal belongings. The suspects were last seen leaving the area on foot. The suspects were described as B/Ms, all wearing white shirts with dark colored pants.
