Carjacking at 6500 Greenwell St. location of Kings Meat Market. On 10-21-2006 at approximately 8:10pm, the victim drove up to Kings Meat Market in order to use the telephone. The victim exited his vehicle and was approached by a b/m subject. The b/m placed his hand in his right pocket pointing at the victim and advised the victim to give him some change. The victim advised the b/m subject that all the victim had was the vehicle, the b/m entered the vehicle and fled the area driving toward Airline Hwy. The victim was not injured. Sgt. J. Demoulin obtained the following description of the subject and vehicle. Deputies are looking for a b/m subject 6'1" inches tall approximately 175 pounds, medium complexion, bottom teeth were gold, wearing a black suede color jacket, white T-shirt and khaki pants. The subject fled the area in a 2006 Burnt Orange Chevrolet Cobalt 2Door bearing La. License plate 0NH941. Sgt. Demoulin investigated this incident under file #06-71022.
