Aggravated Battery in the 8500 block of Greenwell Springs Rd. location of Greenway Billiards. On 10-20-2006 at approximately 9:00pm, Deputies were dispatched to a local hospital in reference to a male victim being struck in the face with a handgun. Deputy E. Fagot was advised by the victim that while at Greenway Billiards, he along with other patrons were observing a fight when he attempted to get a better view point. As the victim made his way through the crowd an unidentified person struck the victim in the face with a revolver. The revolver discharged causing powder burns to the victim's facial area. The victim was treated for non-life threatening injuries. The incident took place outside of the business in the parking lot. Dy. E. Fagot is investigating this incident under file # 06-70821.
