Shots fired in the 8500 block of Longwood View. At approximately 1612 hours, two b/m subjects fired two shots at a witness after being observed attempting to steal a purse. No one hit by the shots. The subjects approximately 16 to 20 years of age were wearing white t-shirts and blue jeans. The subjects fled on foot heading south toward Rush Ave. after exiting a stolen white jeep cherokee. Det.
