Attempt 1st Degree Murder and Armed Robbery at 10595 Airline Hwy. location of Domino's Pizza. On 9-25-2006 at approximately 12:55am, Dy. Webb responded to the prior listed location in reference to an armed robbery. The victim was preparing to leave the parking lot of Domino's when a masked w/m armed with a handgun approached the victim as they were preparing to leave from the south side of the store near Alco. The victim began backing out of the parking lot when the subject fired a round from the handgun shattering the victim's window. The suspect demanded the money from the victim. The suspect took the money fleeing north on foot toward Jeffrey St. The suspect took approximately $ 1,700.00 dollars in cash and checks. The victim was not injured. Deputies are looking for a w/m 5'8" inches tall approximately 210 pounds with green eyes wearing a white T-shirt black shorts black mask with a white hat. Dy. J. Webb and Sgt. M.
