Attempted Armed Robbery at 7185 Greenwell St. location of Greenwell Village Mobile Homes. On 9-24-2006 at approximately 9:40pm, Deputies responded to the report of an attempted robbery at the mobile home park. The victim advised Deputies they went to the front door in response to a knock at the door. The victim answered the door and was met by a b/m approximately 17 years of age holding a small semi-auto handgun. The b/m asked the victim for their money, the victim advised the b/m that they would have to look for some. The b/m was frightened away and fled the trailer on foot heading toward the rear of the trailer park. No injuries or items were taken. The b/m is described as 17 years of age wearing black baggie pants, black shirt, black hat and a large necklace.
