Burglary at 17762 Old Scenic Hwy. Location of Magnolia Baptist Church. On 9-24-2006 at approximately 11:25am, Dy. Luckett responded to the prior listed location in reference to a burglary. The complainant advised Dy. Luckett that two AMPS were stolen from the church; the AMPS were last seen on 9-9-2006 at 12:30pm. Entry was gained into the church by way of a broken window located on the north side of the church. Dy. Luckett observed signs that the person or persons responsible for the burglary were injured from wounds caused by the broken glass. Dy. Luckett investigated this incident under file # 06-64309.
