Deputies are investigating an Attempt First Degree Murder and Attempt Armed Robbery that occurred in the 4300 block of Southpark. The victim was walking in the area at approximately 2:45am. He was confronted by a b/m whom he described as being approximately 18 to 20 years of age, wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans. The b/m was armed with a handgun and demanded the victims' money. As this was occurring, the victim was stabbed by an unknown subject that had walked up behind him. The injuries sustained by the victim were treated at a local hospital and are non life threatening.
