Deputies are investigating an Attempt Second Degree Murder that occurred on August 18, 2006 at approximately 4:45pm in the 8200 block of Stern Ave. Deputies responded to the area as the result of several gunshots being reported. Upon arrival, deputies were informed by the victim that he had been involved in a fistic encounter with David Lee White, b/m, 31yoa. After the fight, the accused left the area for a short time. Upon his return, the accused produced a handgun and fired two shots at the victim. The accused fled the area before the arrival of investigating deputies. An arrest warrant has been issued for the arrest of David Lee White for the charges of Attempt Second Degree Murder, Illegal Use of a Weapon and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.
