Illegal Use of a Weapon and Damage to Property in the 6000 block of Flag St. On 7-29-2006 at approximately 2:17 am, Deputies received numerous calls of shots being fired on Flag St. Deputies were advised that an unidentified b/m was chasing another b/m while firing a gun at him. No one was observed in the area upon Deputies arrival. During the course of Dy. Blackwoods investigation, the Dy. learned that stray bullets hit three residences. The items struck at the residences included a mailbox, front window, chair, car and the siding on two of the homes. No injuries were reported.
