Simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling, 5 cts. Theft, 5 cts. Simple criminal damage to property and 1 ct. Illegal possession of stolen property. The file numbers for the crimes were 06-25266, 06-25268, 06-25280, 06-29553, 06-30531 and 05-77338. Ball was initially arrested on 06/15/2006 for 3 cts. Simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling, 3 cts. Theft, and 3 cts. Simple criminal damage to property.
