Theft of Pay Telephone at 13796 Perkins Rd. location of the Circle K Store. On 7-11-2006 at approximately 2:27 am, a witness observed a w/m, dressed in a grey t-shirt and black shorts, driving a white Mazda or Nissan pickup truck pull the pay phone from its location outside the store near the roadway. The subject dragged the phone down the street toward Siegen Lane where he stopped, picked the phone up, and threw it in the bed of the truck.
