Manufacture of Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana and Taillights Required. On 7-11-2006 at approximately 1:00 am, Dy's observed a red Toyota Camry operating with improper taillights near the 14000 block of S. Harrells Ferry. During the course of the Dy's investigation, a small marijuana plant was observed in the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle had a small quantity of packaged marijuana in his pocket. Deputies J. Hale and Celestin arrested Brandon Theel, w/m 19 years old for the prior listed offenses.
