Dy. Genola answered a call on 6/17/06 at 11620 Airline Hwy. in reference to the accused, Brandon Davis 24 year old w/m committing the crimes of simple battery, 2nd. degree battery and agg. battery. The accused on that date struck the victim, the victim's girlfriend's sister and stabbed the girlfriend's boyfriend in the back with a knife. Arrest warrants were drafted for the accused. Dy's were at the apt. complex on this date in reference to a 911 call in regard to the accused, when the Dy. made the arrest. Dy. Genola charged the accused with the prior listed offenses under file # 06-39536. The accused was booked into the parish prison.
