Criminal Warrants

The East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office Warrants Division seeks out and arrests those persons who have warrants issued for their arrest by the courts. These warrants range from Contempt of Court Warrants for failure to appear in court, to Affidavit Warrants issued for their initial arrest for committing a crime. Approximately 2000 warrants per month are processed through this office.

If you have any information on any person who is currently wanted on a criminal court warrant, please contact the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office Warrant Division.

PLEASE NOTE

If you know the location of any subject who is wanted for a criminal charge, DO NOT attempt to apprehend the subject yourself. Call the Sheriff's Office and report the person's identity and location. You could jeopardize the safety of yourself and others if you try to apprehend the subject.
