Positions
Deputy Sheriff
- Division: Uniform Patrol (Communications, Burbank, Central, Kleinpeter, & Scotlandville Substations)
- Salary: $31,572.00 per year
- Educational incentive pay
- $62.50 monthly with an Associates Degree or 80+ Hours
- $125.00 monthly with a four year degree or more

Qualification Requirements:
- Good moral character
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have had at least 3 yrs. minimum full-time work experience
- Must be able to work shift assignments
- Arrest free (includes misdemeanors)
- Must have a Valid Louisiana driver's license
- Must pass a psychological test
- Must be able to complete a physical fitness test with a required minimum
- Must be a high school graduate or have a GED certificate
Deputy Sheriff
- Location: Parish Prison - Security
- Salary: $31,572.00 per year
