Criminal Records

The Criminal Records Division maintains a centralized record system of all Criminal and Traffic reports prepared by deputies of the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office.

Copies of both Traffic and Criminal Initial reports are available by request at a charge of $5.00 each. Requests can be submitted in writing or in person.

Payment by mail must be by check or money order, made payable to EBRSO.
