EBRSO Armed Robbery and Burglary Arrest

Detectives with the EBRSO Armed Robbery and Burglary Division began an investigation into numerous residential burglaries in the Jefferson Highway, Bluebonnet Blvd, and Perkins Rd area that occurred between January and April 2017. Detectives developed a suspect and arrested Taurus Jackson, 36, for the following:

Detectives executed a search warrant, at the defendant's residence located at 12619 Middlebrook and located various jewelry including a Mississippi State Liberty Bowl championship ring from 2013, and a LSU final four appearance ring from 2006. The items have been returned to their rightful owners.
According to reports, the suspect make entry by kicking in the rear door of the residences and stole electronics, jewelry, firearms and other items.
